It's like.. how does a spider know how to spin webs? It's a skill instilled inside of you since growth.. Men know how to lie. I mean some men cheat, lie, manipulate better than others.
Just like how some spiders put their webs in the CUT so no one will accidently walk into it.. and others put theirs right in front of your door like a dumbass!

I think men have a secret society. Its like a world wide fraternity between men. All men lie cuz their daddy taught them to and it goes all the way back to the origination of humanity. I'm not saying they lie maliciously! (Although some guys do) But its usually done to prevent hurting others or themselves.

So what happens to the men raised by single parent mothers? Hmm. Good question. I think they're all set until they find a male role model. May not be a grown man, it could be one of their best friends in school or something like that. Or even someone on TV. Someway, somehow, men learn to lie. And they lie...

So yesterday my car got towed for the 3rd time.How can I be soooo dumb to let my car get towed 3 1/2 times(Lol i know 1/2). And now I gotta pay like 300 dollars to get it out.Niggaz is blown. But As I am big on relgion the bible says:

But thats a story for another day. What Im hear to say is many times in my life I have come to need help, and by the grace of God I alwayz get it. Like this time with someone throwin a lil cash my way (People other than family). Everyone always says at the end of the day its only you all the time. And to some point that is true, but for me not completly. I seem to be able to count my friends and they dont let me down and vice versa. And I say that to say, it's about the company u keep, and if you keep good company they will not let you down, and I am blessed with many people like this. What about you?

My mother is the most evil, malicious, manipulative woman I have ever met. If you guys have ever read this before you would know that my mother was discrepant on my taxes so that she could get money out of it and then my school was like, "whoa, this isn't right" and said i had to re-file. I re-filed and naturally I have to pay back what they gave me. So it had been a couple months, and I hadn't heard from the IRS, some officials were suggesting I just live my life because I may have been forgiven, so I did.

TODAY.

Almost 3/4 months later. My mother calls and says the IRS sent her a notice and I owe a LARGE SUM OF MONEY by next week.

THERE IS NO FUCKING WAY the IRS -JUST- sent her a notice. This woman has had the notice and has been holding it til the last minute to corner me in.

Bottom line, she won.

She did it.

I'm cornered. I don't have the money. I don't know what to do.
Maybe strip.
Prostitution.
Rob a bank.
Pawn shit.

Why I Stick to My 'Ethnic Pack'

Some Freshman at my school was interviewed for an article in my school's newspaper, calling the massive collection of minority student, "Ethnic Packs". She said she felt intimidated by them and felt like she couldn't join the group if she wanted to. So I want to share my opinion on this matter and discuss why I feel intimidates to join their Pastey Packs.

Disclaimer: This ain't fa urrybady. Ebonics intended.

First of all, this entire school is a Pastey Pack. Of course minorities are going to gravitate to their own when they are surrounded by the unfamiliar. A lot of us have even TRIED to branch out but find it very difficult.

The Pastey Pack doesn't seem to understand why my hair smells a certain way when I straighten it, and why I don't wash it everyday.
Why I put oil IN my hair instead of trying to get it out.

The Pastey Pack doesn't seem to understand why I can't go out to Legal Seafoods every weekend, out to different concerts and every little event BC has to offer.

The Pastey Pack doesn't seem to understand why I've never been out of the country, or even off the east coast, why I can't go abroad or with them to Cancun Spring Break.

The Pastey Pack doesn't seem to understand why I can't wear leggings by themselves, afford the name brand hand bags and clothes.

My Ethnic Pack doesn't question these things. I'd feel intimidated approaching a Pastey Pack and constantly having to explain myself.

And you know what else,

I hate being approached, "Hey what's up DAWG" or "sup son" or "Mmm Mmm girl" from one of them when it is OBVIOUSLY out of their comfort zone. Do you think you have to speak to me that way because I'm black?

Or how about how one of the first topics of discussion is, "Can you teach me to shake my ass like a black girl?" or "How do YOU GUYS do that??"

Do you have to verify your 'blackness' when speaking to me, by bragging that you listen to 'black' music?? Or that you come from a rough town??.. "Yeah we had the worst crime rate... blah blah blah"

Maybe if you were YOURSELF.. than yes, You, as a Caucasian, could join our group.

I get sick and tired of the PLASTIC that comes from the Pastey Pack which is why I stick to my Ethnic Pack.

We keep it real.

I don't have time to explain myself.
I don't have time to be judged left and right.
I don't have time to listen to someone's impersonation of being black.

So many schools claim to be "equal opportunity, affirmative action institutions." But it is a blind world in which so many people can see statements like this and not be baffled by the contradiction. The truth of the matter is that opportunity is not equal as long as we continue to prefer one group over another just because of their ethnicity. Worse still, it magnifies racial discrimination to choose one group over another for no reason other than race. Can anyone honestly say that we are all equal when some applicants are treated profoundly differently despite any extra talent? Is it fair to let students who aren't among these lucky minorities to sit back and curse the fact that they were born into an "overrepresented" group? Everyone has disadvantages in their lives and the best people claw their ways to the top. The Civil Rights movement is over, and it is time to accept that we cannot artificially accommodate for everyone.

I was walking to Back Bay station this weekend and Copley was SHUT DOWWWn cuz they were filming! My point is... this is a real good time to be an extra... There are a few ways of going about this... you can go to yourdigitalclass.com and find out how to get your self hooked up with casting directors.. and i mean u have to pay a one time fee but its worth it because they do all of the busy work for you and just call you with the where and when... or you can read the following article and get yourself put out there...

Richard DeAgazio, retired president of Boston Capital Securities, has worked as an extra over the years, as well as playing an Italian diplomat in "The Pink Panther 2" and a janitor for "Paul Blart: Mall Cop." His advice on navigating the casting system:

Check the Massachusetts Film Office's website (mafilm.org) for a list of the casting companies working around Boston, and get your profile into their databases.

Some casting offices offer classes. "Take one if you can. They know you and then can find the perfect opportunities for you," DeAgazio said.

An agent isn't necessary, but can be helpful.

Go to an open casting call. Meet people. "And don't be afraid to volunteer for a film or work on something really small," DeAgazio said. "You'll find that you'll learn a lot about how these things are made."

The going rate for extras is $112 for non-union and $130 for union members for an eight-hour shoot. First thing you learn: There are no eight-hour days. There is overtime, and extras are fed. (Hot meals for union; cold sandwiches for non-union.)

There can be "bumps" to the pay for such things as use of a car (could be $100 or more), supplying your own clothes (say formal wear for a wedding scene), bringing along your dog (if asked), smoking in a scene ($14), and working in bad weather. If the director misses a meal break there's a meal penalty, paid by the amount of minutes the break time is missed.

"Some non-union extras could make more than $250 a day on a shoot," said DeAgazio. "Do that math. If you worked the system, you could make $50,000 in a year."

I have always been one to abide by the golden rule, "When all else fails, get chicken fingers". There is nothing worse than going to a restaurant and seeing an entree with some crazy name and reading the description like, "oh shit this might actually be good". But on a serious tip this is my new favorite band. They go by the name of Bad Rabbits and they sprouted out of Boston. They're currently touring the upper east coast, which is known for cultivating alternative bands from buds to bushes. But don't let the genre push you away. Bad Rabbits have an old school feel and I think just about anybody could get jiggy with it. Look out for their album later this fall.

I actually saw one of there shows this friday. They're touring with a band called The Smyrk. They were pretty ill too. They're more rock based though so if that's you... check em out.

So I'm watching MTV and some show called "P. Diddy's Starmaker" comes on and I noticed a familiar face (at least to me), Melody Angel. Now, I hardly watch MTV, especially Bad Boy Film presentations (i mean how many shows does the guy have), but i was watching "ABDC" and the show came on after. But I was really excited to see her on the show because I've been listening to her music for over two years. She is an indie musician with an old school voice, reminiscent of old Motown artists or more recently, Corinne bailey Rae in my opinion. Its great to see her somewhat succeeding because on her old youtube videos she receives nothing but good feedback, and the ever popular, "why aren't you signed?". However, seeing her on the show is a bit bittersweet, in the fact that you want her to make it, but no one lasts on Bad Boy Records.

Oh, and the show is terribly biased in my opinion, just thought I'd put that out there.
