What's wrong with this picture?

I got this from Bossip.com and their article was called, "Holiday Swirl: Fake Cake and New Nose Job In Full Effect!"... I mean after going through the other pictures it does look like she either got a nose job or a lip job.. something was weird with her bone structure... But is it me or does her ass look a lil smaller?
