So im sure many of you may know, i write poetry. And I like to think that im pretty DAMN GOOD at it. But instead of posting some of my favorite poems on here i decided i will post my top 5 def jam poems. Tell me what you think about them.

Kanye, Idk I just love da swagg he has on it, espicailly on the first one. But if your thinking to youself, yes the second one was bittersweet. I like this version better. "I make black history every day i dont need a month."

This is prolly my second favorite on here but after watching the next two, you'll understand why it's number 4. Yes, im a sucka for love...

Pat's Justice, something special here, alwayz nice to see it from the minorites view. Watching this makes it hard for me to judge others.

This view on religion by Talib opens a lot of eyes and maybe very contrversialm but on that same token i dont think you should beileve everything ur told, and thats why claim to be more spiritual than religiuos.

Start this off wit and update... here's what Kanye said in his blog about his arrest

HERE’S WHAT HAPPENED…WHEN I LEFT THE CLUB, I WAS ENCOUNTERED BY A THIRSTY PAPARAZZI AS USUAL. HE FELT HE HAD MORE RIGHTS TO MY SPACE THAN ME, SO I PUT MY HAND UP TO PREVENT HIM FROM TAKING MY IMAGE. I DIDN’T ASSAULT HIM BUT MERELY PUTTING MY HAND UP TO COVER HIS LENS. MY SECURITY YELLED, “GET THE CAMERA OFF HIM.” I GUESS IN ALL THE COMMOTION THE CAMERA SCRAPED HIS NOSE.

THREE HOURS LATER I GET A KNOCK AT MY HOTEL DOOR. THERE WERE FIVE POLICE OFFICERS IN FRONT OF MY ROOM AND I HAD NO IDEA WHY. I HAD MY SECURITY GO SPEAK WITH THEM. THE COPS WERE VERY CORDIAL BUT TOLD ME THEY HAD TO ARREST ME BECAUSE A COMPLAINT WAS FILED. THAT WAS THE BOGUS PART. THEY PLACED ME IN HANDCUFFS AND DROVE ME TO THE STATION. THEY SPOKE ABOUT HOW THIS WAS OBVIOUSLY A PUBLICITY STUNT BY THE PHOTOGRAPHER BUT THEY STILL HAD TO GO THOUGH THE MOTIONS. WHEN I GOT BACK TO THE HOTEL THERE WERE PAPARAZZI HANGING OVER THE BRIDGE ABOVE THE HOTEL TRYING TO GET A SHOT OF ME GETTING OUT THE POLICE VAN. EVEN THOUGH I WASN’T CHARGED, THE DAMAGE WAS DONE. SURE ENOUGH THE NEXT MORNING, PLASTERED ACROSS EVERY MEDIA OUTLET… KANYE GETS ARRESTED. IT DIDN’T MATTER THAT I WASN’T CHARGED OR THE FACT THAT I HADN’T ASSAULTED ANYONE. ALL THAT MATTERED WAS THAT I WAS ARRESTED.

Next I have to bring an article back...
No one has been helpin' me out with my scenario's [didn't read it? click it!] so I'm just gonna hope that those involved in the scenario's are readin' this..

I don't know how else to emphasize that I like my guys hard to get.

So recently.. I discovered that like.. the chase is really important to
guys. Whether they know it or not, they aren't gonna take a girl
seriously or be able to be in anything like, long term with a girl that
wasn't hard to get.
Now, not being hard to get doesn't make you easy. The chase consists of
many things. And being hard to get doesn't mean be impossible to get.

A LOT of girls get that twisted.

However, lettin a guy know u are feelin him too soon... and just
allowing things to grow rapidly, takes away from the chase. Which is
necessary for a guy to take u seriously slash be with you for a long
time.

I speak from experience.

Even if everything is there... that *it* factor... the potential... the
looks... if there's no chase, its not gonna feel like a prize. u kno?

I discovered... today actually... that I am the exact same way.
I love the chase. I don't like it when a guy straight up likes me and
that's it. He could be the cutest thing, he could be the sweetest
thing.. but if it comes easy (not calling him easy) it's less
rewarding.
And if I'm feeling a guy, I don't want him to like me back right away..
I wanna have time to discover more things.
That's why I'm drawn to mysterious guys, I like figuring out aspects of
their personality, instead of him just being open and layin everything
out from the jump.
Don't get me wrong, I need a guy that's gonna be open, honest and
straight forward with me...

..eventually

but for the sake of enjoyment in this 'getting to know each other'
process lets gradually get to that point..

What's bad about this concept, however, is at times I can't decipher
between whether I'm actually interested in a guy, or if I'm interested
in the chase, the process.

And sometimes.. I can't tell if I really like people or if I just like
the *idea* of them, and having them.

And quite frankly, I don't have the time or patience to figure it out.
Like I said before, fall in love with something that can't hurt you.

NOW FOR OUR ARTICLE!

I'm having trouble figuring out when guys mean what they say and when they don't.
Can you guys help me out? Honestly. Like I'm not naive but it might seem that way but just take a look at these situations... Some real... Some arent.

"Here we go yo, Here we go yo, so what, so so whats the scenario!"

SCENARIO 1:
A guy and a girl once were 'talkin''. We know what talkin' is. Not an official relationship but like exclusively messing, talking, and claiming eachother. Eventually the relationship falls off. But every now and then he hits her up like "i miss you" or "i would like to see you sometimes, when you get a chance".
Is this code for 'i would like to have sex with you again' or does he genuinely mean he misses her presence in his life? Does he want to start something back up with her?

SCENARIO 2:
A guy and a girl HIT IT OFF from the moment they meet. Like, in a surreal way. They both have a desire to know more about each other and could see themselves in an actual relationship with each other. Things were going good until he continued to express his feelings, falling too fast within a matter of days. She expressed that she felt he was 'doing too much' and he calmed down verbally but his actions still portrayed a certain clingy-ness that was getting rather annoying.
Does this mean she doesn't actually like him and the initial feelings were temporary?
When he goes off on rants about how much he likes her does he mean it? Or is this a set-up for the future?

SCENARIO 3:
A guy has been in a relationship with his girlfriend for a year or two. He has a female friend in which he is very good friends with, they can talk to each other about anything. Sometimes when they are talking to each other about relationships, he uses his female friend as the example, as his wife, etc. And they had discussed how a girl would know when he likes them, and the way he shows it, and the female friend feels as if he may like her. He is also a huge flirt. When he had to demonstrate something rather provocative on his female friend, he later whispered 'sorry i had to do that to you' FEMALE FRIEND: it's ok 'oh you liked it? i liked it too'
The girlfriend doesn't feel threatened by this female but the female friend feels as if she should.
Should she feel threatened? Or is his flirtation innocent?

6."I'm so unhappy. I wish [Girlfriend's Name Here] was more like you" means "I want to sleep with you and this way, you won't feel bad about it"

Paula Goodspeed commited suicide yesterday. She was obsessed with Paula ABdul [American Idol host] and didn't make American Idol.. She killed herself right in front of Paula Abdul's house.
They researched this chick and found out this wasn't the first time she'd done somethin reckless in front of Paula's house.. She ovedosed and was like passed out in front of her house before..
Her audition was in 2006.


No one really knows what they mean by rise and fall..
maybe like in his life, cuz Wayne is on top right now..
But i just found this funny that he's on the cover of Mad..
While we're talkina bout Wayne tho.. He took a movie role right out of Bow Wow's grasp.. even tho Bow Wow has a lot more experience..

Tennesse-based radio station, WGNS Talk Radio, is reporting that doctors in Berlin, Germany may have found a cure for AIDS.

In what could be the most significant breakthrough in the treatment of AIDS, doctors in Berlin, Germany said that they successfully cured a 42-year-old American man of the deadly disease with a targeted bone marrow transplant. According to Dr. Gero Huetter, this procedure is normally used to treat leukemia patients.

Huetter said the unidentified American had contracted AIDS over a decade ago and underwent a transplant of a genetically selected bone marrow, at a press conference yesterday, according to WGNSRadio.com.

Twenty months after the surgery, the virus appears to have left his body. There have been nothing but clean tests on his bone marrow, blood and organ tissues.
